G.fast is the latest technology that utilizes copper last mile to offer multi-gigabit broadband service, and minimizes the capital expenditure. Accompanying with fiber to the distribution point deployment, XAVi develops its compact DPU product family to bring light speed broadband service to premises via existing copper last mile. Reverse power feeding or local supplying is provided to meet different powering condition in the field.

• GPON uplink with full ITU-T G.984 compliance, class B+ optic in SC-APC connector
• This optical interface can optionally support peer-to-peer 1Gbps active Ethernet with addition of external attenuator
• G.fast complies with ITU-T G.9700 and G.9701, including 212MHz profile (Amd. 3), as RJ45 or COAX F (9.52mm) subscriber line to be used alternatively
• Reverse power feeding or local powering options
• IP22 or IP55 passive cooling design, without fan inside
